individuals participating in
our in-person events.
Photography, Audio, and
Video Recording
By attending the ZK Warsaw
event, you explicitly
acknowledge and consent that
the event (or any segment
thereof) may be subject to
photographic or audiovisual
recording by us or our
partners. You agree to
authorize us or any duly
licensed third party, as per
our discretion, to utilize,
distribute, broadcast, or
otherwise globally
disseminate your likeness,
name, voice, and statements
perpetually through
television, radio, film,
newspapers, magazines, and
any other existing or future
media platforms, both prior
to, during, and subsequent
to the Conference, in any
format, without
necessitating any further
consent or remuneration from
you. This grant includes but
is not limited to, the right
to edit the media, the right
to use the media (alone or
with other information), and
the right to allow others to
use or distribute the media.
Moreover, ZK Warsaw
Conference cannot assume any
liability for photographs,
videos, or audio recordings
taken by other event
attendees. Should you have
